When the disgraceful news came yesterday that the ‘Kofi Annan UN’ awards given to some of our top personalities were fake, some of the awardees including Berla Mundi and D-Black were quick to delete photos and videos of them flaunting the awards on their social media handles.
Rapper Sarkodie, however, refused to delete the photos.
But new checks by Celebrities Buzz has confirmed that he has reluctantly deleted the photos.
Explaining the reason why he waited for so long, Sarkodie took to Twitter to explain that he wanted to investigate and know if the award scheme was indeed fake as reported by multiple news websites.
And now that he has understood, he took the bold step to thrash the photos on his social media handles.
“Ebe now I understand but we move”, he wrote.
