TRIBUTE BY MECHANICAL ENG. LEVEL 100 STUDENTS OF KOFORIDUA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
“A love from a brother and a mate to us that we should be better in our field of study”. Beloved, we are God’s children and what we will have not yet appeared, but we know that when he appears we shall be like him because we shall see him as he is.”[1John3:1-2].
Suddenly, we write an unexpected tribute in honour of you, our friend and brother, Dominic Kwabena Danso. Truthfully the real tribute to you would have been actions of our lives but untimely inevitability crossed it. We all are a testament to the love you shared.
Dominic Kwabena Danso was normally known by the class as DOME was a selfless, calm, quiet, humble and respectful person. Dominic was more of a brother than a course mate. He had time for everyone in the class unless you don’t want to get closer to him. Whether close to him or not we all in the class benefited from him one way or the other.
Our student-teacher, in other words, the mastermind of the class was a big blessing to us all. The one who was endowed with great intelligence could breakdown difficult and complex problems of study into the simplest form for easy accumulation after it has been thought by the lecturer. To some of us in the class, he was our technician in computing, when you have a problem with your PC (personal computer) don’t hesitate of all on him because he was always available to help.
And to some of us, he was our information centre. He had all relevant information at hand from the international standard to the local and even within the school.
As a movie lover, he had all the latest movies on his drive and had the dates at which new ones will be released. He was a Universal person everyone will like to be with and everywhere we turned he was helpful indeed
.
Dominic Kwabena Danso was a very good and loving friend we had. As a good Christian and a music lover, he joined the Koforidua Technical University choir. He had good characteristics and attributes we all can emulate. His lifestyle will forever be a guideline and a memorable one.
Indeed we have lost a great soul in our midst. I believe you would join Paul and say “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith “.Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at the day and not to me only, but unto all who love his appearance “[1Timothy4:7-8].
Dear friends and loved once are, do not say a word, cry or worry too much. Our friend is free like a bird, free to fly from pain and sorrow. We will miss you so much. We had wished that you will stay longer to see the fruit of your effort and investment you made towards us. To us, it is a loss but to God, it is again. Our star has fallen here on earth to shine brighter for us.
Dominic, we love you and you will forever remain in our hearts till we meet again, may your precious soul rest in perfect peace. Onua pa DOMINIC due to ne amanehu!!!! Onyankopon mfa wo kra nsie baabi pa.
Amen!!!
