Clear indication of the fact that nothing has improved under this government. With all their so called road infrastructure roads have to be closed for dignitaries to avoid traffic jam.

Oh Man, this has no politics in it. Travel and see. Even in developed countries roads are shut down when high powered people visit . How much more Presidents. It is true that our roads are not good.

But Closing roads if even there is no traffic jam is required for high powered delegates for security purpose.
