The National Democratic Congress (NDC) says it will absorb in full, the school fees of all students who will be admitted into tertiary institutions for the 2020/2021 academic year.

A letter from the party’s National Chairman, Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo in announcing the policy dubbed “Fa ninyinaa”, said the party had accepted for incorporation in the People’s Manifesto, the recommendation of the Education Policy Group of the party.

It said the policy was an enhancement of the party’s commitment in the People’s Manifesto to absorb 50 per cent of the school fees of all continuing tertiary students for the 2020/2021 academic year through the “Kyemupe” policy.
